I’M HALEY

I’m a health coach, a Texas A&M health grad, and a mom to two baseball-playing boys who keep me running—and constantly refilling the fridge.

At 41, I was working out six days a week, eating “healthy,” and still wondering, Why isn’t this working? I was tired, stuck, and frustrated by rules that didn’t work for my life.

As someone with a degree in health, I knew there had to be a better way. That’s when I found a 6-week program that brought everything together—food, fitness, and mindset
